What if Govt doesn’t bringback BlackMoney??an alternate idea

My mom is a school teacher,a middle class ,no other income other than salary,she once on a official duty went to stationery shop to buy 20 note books,each book costs Rs:15,she gave Rs:300 by seeing the bill,bill also had same amount,all of a sudden shopkeeper gave her Rs:20 back,even though she denied the amount ,shopkeeper urged my mom to take the amount as a token of thanks!!

Above scenario,Rs:20 seems to be less,but let us consider the Huge budget Govt plan/schemes,such as road contruction,general public this seems to be free scheme,but in actual Govt puts is tender get the interested parties for various activities such has raw material,earth mover rental and etc..as part of it big business transaction happens between Govt and various parties ,let us consider eventhough Govt doesn’t need any favour/freebies , associated parties give them perks/money to get the deal for other contracts and other infra projects,

Govt designated leaders from councillors to ministers to CM to cabinetministers to PM are involved in huge business transaction,by default eventhough they are not intreseted they will be flooded with gift/perks/money as a token of thanks from contractors/business entities

Lets not blame our Govt Servants,instead of we will legalize these gifts /money/perks and put some tax over it and so that Govt also gets some thing back form it,this will minimize the black money to some extent and add some money in Govt treasury!!

in short ,making lobbying legal!!  will reduce the BlackMoney!!

We all are part of this BIG BOSS Black Money transactions,

When we buy GOLD ,just to get 1000 rs off,we don’t get the bill,

When we buy groceries in a local store without bill

When we give money to police to escape traffic violations

When we register a land in under value

When we hide out tenants rent from IncomeTax returns

Eventhough it is harsh,street side shops are big source of black money,I once read in newspaper 100 crore turnout /day in T.nagar street side shops

Misusing LTA/

These are some examples of big money spinning black money transactions, lets put aside our innocence/ignorance to relate black money to business entities and politician ,instead push ourselves to stop circulating black money!!

Be the change /take baby steps to stop blackmoney transactions ,this money will be more than the amount in any foreign Banks,and need not wait for PM Modi to add 15 lacs in our account ,instead we can add of our own!!
