An Ayurvedic Approach to Premature Ejaculation

Premature ejaculation is a condition which is characterised by early ejaculation and sometimes, inability to hold an erection. Quicker discharge of semen from the penis is a major issue with men suffering from premature ejaculation {PE}. This condition can be broadly classified into primary PE and secondary PE. At times, men who have had no sexual experience with women may assume that they suffer from PE. The assumed and secondary PE is often a result of excessive masturbation. PE is confirmed if a man cannot hold an erection for more than 90 seconds in the vagina. A study confirms that only 2.5% of men suffer from such acute form of PE.
