One of the Famous North Indian Desert / Dish - Healthy and Super Delicious Sweet, Made from full cream Milk & Cherishing it with Dry Fruits. Rabri - Delicious form of Small pieces of Solidified milk by reducing its size into A thicken form.

Take a Kadhai , add milk 1/2 ltr , high flame till 1st boil , now boil milk on low flame till it reduces to 1/2 of its quantity,

{ Rabdi gets ready in 20-30 minutes on low-med flame }

Stir continuously - take care that milk does not burn.

Now when milk reduces to half - now add Crushed cashew nuts , add cardamom powder { optional } , Now add Milk Powder - 2-3 tbsp { as your requirement - depends on thickness you want } { you can set consistency as your requirement } - mix it well and stir continuously

Now add crushed Almonds , add crushed pistachio , add crushed cashew nuts. and Stir for 10 minutes - till proper thick consistency.

{ you can skip adding the dry fruits if you don't like it - you can make simple rabdi / rabri }

Now after 20 to 22 minutes our Rabri looks thick and now add Sugar - 2 and 1/2 tbsp

Now mix it well and Stir for 5-7 minutes

add extra dry fruits or as you like.

If the consistency of rabri is thick you can add little quantity of milk and keep it on flame for 2-3 minutes on low flame.

Turn the Flame off

Serve it hot or Refrigerate it. and serve cold { as per your choice }

While serving for others you can garnish it with extra dry fruits.
