Normalization of Reservation!!(amateurish take)

A post on reservation gets equal amount of hatred and pro –reservation comments!!We in this generation have a tendency to think ,World platform is flat and everyone success depends on unique effort!!which is contradictory to ground level facts!!so this mean am I pro-reservationalist ?? yes, but did the reservation policy of India have reached to the all the section of the society especially destitute?? Big NO!!so here is my take ,how I think{dream} current reservation policy can be changed /modified so that all the section of the Indian people can reap the benefits of reservation!!

Reservation based on Caste and Economic Status: Caste this word might irks all who stand against reservation, but we have to understand that in ancient times caste was the identity of occupation done by the section of the people,in this model of reservation,we take account of both economic status and caste of the people

Financial status of person can be identified by using Aadhar card!

On Phase 1 of this ,every caste will be bifurcated in to 2.such that economically stable/economically weak

Suppose a guy belongs to BC{BackwardClass} depending on the family income will be put in to either economically stable or Weak

Suppose If Backward Class has 40 % reservation policy on allotment of seats in particular college ,in that 80% of the seat should go to economically weak !!

This would be apply to all caste divisions in Indian Society!!

On Phase 2 ,we would work in equal opportunity for all citizens of India,necessarily doesn’t mean removal of reservation policy

Let me explain with the example!!

A Family has four members including 2 sons A and B ,they belong to the BC and economically weak section,A and B can avail the all the benefits of reservation ,depending on their income ,they will moved in to economically stable/weak.

AEconomically Stablewill have reservation policy based up on phase 1

BEconomically Weak will have reservation policy based up on phase 1 under different clause!!as mentioned below

Clause:

1}Eventhough he will be under economically week category ,since he already availed reservation benefits,he can only avail reduced benefits of reservation!!

2}Reduced benefits of reservation % will decrease depends on number of attempts in same category

3}Once a person become economically stable group ,his third generation will be moved in to group called “Economically Strong” and will be moved out of Reservation radar,he will be availing all benefits in Open category!!

By increasing the % of open category in India,we can slowly and steadily move in to Flat platform for all citizens of India!!
