Anger often stems from frustration, and frustration is generally borne out of non-meeting of expectations. regardless of the cause, when you get angry, you lose your sense of judgment almost instantly, you are no longer yourself. The damage caused with words may heal over time but it remains irrevocable and irreparable. When two people make an attempt to remain close to each other, when they focus on each other, when they stand on mutual ground, the distance reduces automatically. When they are far no longer, the need to shout disappears. There may still be arguments, disagreements, their impact reduces greatly though.
