This Privacy Policy describes the policies and procedures of Kevera ("we", "our" or "us") on the collection, use and disclosure of your information on www.kevera.com (the "Site") and the services, features, content or applications we offer (collectively with the Site, the "Services"). We receive information about you from various sources, including: (a) if you register for the Site and the Services, through your user account on the Services (your "Account"); (b) your use of the Services generally; and (c) from third party websites and services. When you use the Services, you are consenting to the collection, transfer, manipulation, storage, disclosure and other uses of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy covers the treatment of personally identifiable information ("Personal Information"), and other information described in this policy, gathered when you are using or accessing the Services. This Privacy Policy also covers our treatment of any Personal Information that our business partners share with us or that we share with our business partners.

  • INFORMATION COLLECTED

    The information we gather enables us to personalize, improve and continue to operate the Services. In connection with certain aspects of the Services, we may request, collect, use, share, and/or display some of your Personal Information. These advertisements are sometimes targeted and served to particular users and may come from third party companies. Advertisements served through the Services may be targeted to users who fit a certain general profile category may be inferred from information provided to us by a user, may be based on the Services usage patterns of particular users, or may be based on your activity on Third Party Services. We do not provide Personal Information to any ad networks for use other than in connection with the Services.
    chevron_rightAggregate Information: We collect statistical information about how both unregistered and registered users, collectively, use the Services ("Aggregate Information"), which helps improve the experience for the user using our Services. Some of this information may be derived from Personal Information.
    chevron_rightFacebook Information: We also store your Facebook information to ensure you get the best content suited for you. To achieve this, we access your Facebook information, provided you grant us the required permissions when you use any of our social apps. This collected information that is stored expires every two weeks and it is then deleted from our servers. The reason behind this collection of data is solely to provide a faster and better experience for our users. We store it to process the social apps in a much faster way and this further ensures the number of requests exchanged from the social app is minimal. The results from these social apps can be viewed publicly. You can delete these results from Dashboard->Results. In case you still remain uncomfortable with this, feel free to contact us about the same via Contact Page and we promise to delete all your Facebook information from our servers as soon as possible!

  • SHARING INFORMATION

    The Services are designed to help you share information with others. As a result, some of the information generated through the Services is shared publicly or with third parties. But, user privacy is our main goal and you may rest assured that we limit the information shared to as low as possible.
    chevron_rightPublic Information about Your Activity on the Services: Some of your activity on and through the Services is public by default. This may include, but is not limited to, content you have posted or shared publicly on the Site or otherwise through the Services, such as written posts, comments, or other submissions by you to the Site.     If you are a registered user, you can access information associated with your Account by logging into the Services. Registered and unregistered users can access and delete cookies through their web browser settings.

  • ACCOUNT DELETION

    Should you ever decide to delete your Account, you may do so by emailing [email protected]. If you terminate your Account, any information you provided will no longer be accessible via your Account. However, given the nature of sharing on the Services, any public activity on your Account prior to deletion will remain stored on our servers and will remain accessible to the public. Though you can delete your Account, please note that we will need to verify that you have the authority to delete the Account.
